I recently got the Redmi buds 5 pro. I'm loving the sound quality. However, I'm having issues with the app. The app works for a couple of days, then stop connecting to the earbuds. I'd have to totally reset the earbuds for it to reconnect. I'm hoping someone from Xiaomi will read this review and fix the issue.. By reading other reviews, I see that I'm not the only one with this issue. The app is great when It works. Please, Xiaomi, let's get it correct.

I request Xiaomi officials to increase the deep bass and midrange quality of Buds 5 Pro. I tell other friends too, if your handsfree is the Chinese version, choose China region And if it is a non-Chinese version, choose a country other than China for the region. In this case, the problem of connecting and identifying your Bluetooth hands-free will be solved . To connect to the second device, press the button under the case for three seconds.

Please, Xiaomi, get you s#it together: I have the Redmi buds 5 pro and since the beginning the app rarely detects the earbuds and sometimes only 1 connects. I've tried everything: clearing the cache, clearing all data, reinstalling, restarting, power-cycling them, messing with all the parameters inside and outside the app, I've followed plenty of tutorials in YouTube, the app is just buggy and unreliable. I have the latest app and firmware: nothing makes them work as supposed to.
